Hourly rate of $500
Monthly package $1000 (2 bi-weekly calls)
TC Consulting is offering a personalized accountability service for individuals and groups (communal, organizational, or educational) of privileged and marginalized identities to work through their biases and oppression to build their social justice capacity centered on mindful growth and healing. The service will entail identity and intercultural development plan with a dialogue session.
Hourly rates:
1-on-1 $200 (fee for developmental plan and dialogue session)
Small-Group (4-8 people) $500 (fee for developmental plan and dialogue session)
School $1250 (fee for developmental plan and dialogue session)
Non-profit Organization $1250 (fee for developmental plan and dialogue session)
For-profit Organization $2500 (fee for developmental plan and dialogue session)
TC Consulting creates and distributes customized assessment tools (i.e., survey or focus group) to uncover what is going well, growth areas and cultural gaps in with diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives. TC Consulting conducts two different cultural assessments. The first is a cultural needs assessment to uncover institutional or organizational knowledge, examine utilized practices and norms, and identify diversity and inclusion learning edges. The second is a culturally responsive assessment for organizations and institutions to learn how training, workshop, or strategic planning has met projected outcomes, determine what changes still need to be made, and uncover additional growth areas for diversity and inclusion. The client will be charged an administration fee of 20% of the service fee for the consultant meeting(s) with the client and the preparation of the content.
Cultural Needs Assessment & Culturally Responsive Assessment base rate starts at $2000 (non-profit) or $3500 (for-profit)
Depending on the scope of the assessment and the size of the organization the price will vary
TC Consulting creates customized training and workshops on building culturally competent teams, fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace, improving employee engagement, leading with effective communication, and more. The client will be charged an administration fee of 20% of the service fee for the consultant meeting(s) with the client and the preparation of the content.
Hourly rate for facilitating the training/workshop $500 (Non-profit) + travel expenses and $1000 (For-profit) + travel expenses
Half-day training or workshop (4 hours): Non-profit rate $2000 + travel expenses and For-profit rate $4000 + travel expenses
Full-day training or workshop (7 hours): Non-profit rate $3500 + travel expenses and For-profit rate $7000 + travel expenses
Two-day training or workshop (7 hours per day): Non-profit rate $7000 + travel & lodging expenses and For-profit rate $14000 + travel expenses
TC Consulting helps clients create and revamp employee resource groups, develop diversity, inclusion, and equity dialogue starters, strategize proactive and inclusive workplace practices, foster culturally responsive organizational change, and more. The options for Strategic Development Planning are general (where the client is interested in various planning initiatives), action planning (client has specified needs for developing short and long term goals with progressed outcomes), and mission, vision, and practice planning (client has a need to align organizational culture and actualized efforts). The client will be charged an administration fee of 20% of the service fee for the consultant meeting(s) with the client and the preparation of the content.
